  • Members will receive an email every day for 21 days.
  • In each email will be the following days workout!
  • M-F: Access to our LIVE 60 minute Online workouts and 30 minute Express classes.
  • Detailed coaching led videos for when you can't make online class times.
  • Saturday:  Coaching led "active recovery" workout to help you feel great for the following week.
  • Sunday:  Live Yoga class on Instagram
Coach CJ Toney will check in weekly via email to check on your progress, keep you accountable, and help you tackle challenges

Every "Mindset Monday" CJ will give you habits and lifestyle modifications to help you get the most out of your 21 days.
